Bring your friends to Mission Impossible

Friday, October 26 we are meeting at McLaurin at 6:45 and taking a bus to camp to play Mission Impossible. You need to bring--warm clothes, a flashlight, a consent form if you haven't turned one in yet. We will be back at McLaurin by 10:00 PM. If you need a consent form email darren@homewardjourney.ca

The Singing Bee and Celebration Sunday

This Friday, October 19, we are having our first ever Singing Bee for the coveted Singing Bee trophy. Meet at the church at 7:00 and be sure to bring your vocal cords.

Remember that this Sunday is Celebration Sunday--that means only on service at 10:00 AM--all ages together.

Correct Directions to the Temple's

I made a mistake on the directions to the Temple's. Wes and Shirley live in Sandy Point Estates. There house is the first one on the left. Look for their big white barn. Sorry!!

Drive In Movie--October 12

This Friday we are going to meet at the Temple's for a drive-in-movie. In case you don't know what that is, you sit in your car and watch a movie. We are going to watch Evan Almighty. You need to bring your blankets and pillows to trip out your trunk and maybe a lawn chair--depending on how many vehicles we have. To get to the Temples, take Highway 40 south of town and turn left at Township Road 710 (Formula Powell) and take the second right into Sandy Lane Point Estates. The Temple's live in the first place on the right. If your parents want to join us for the evening they are invited!!! In case you get lost the Temple's number is 532-9329.

Amazing Race

The AMAZING RACE is this Friday at McLaurin at 7:00 PM. Please remember to bring with you $2 and to dress for the weather because we will be outside all night! In addition, if you have a cell phone please bring it along. If you don't have a cell, don't worry about it because we will put you in a group with a phone. We will tell your parents where to pick you up when they drop you off.
