Sorry everyone, we've switched things up this week. We'll be having Mission Impossible this Friday. It's still at 7 pm and we will be meeting at the church. Dress warm and be prepared to have lots of fun!

The 16th of May!

This friday it is Christmas. But you may say "but Lisa it's May!!" and I know it is. But instead of worrying about the logistics of it you can slap on your pj's and bust out the loads of for sale wrapping paper your mom stocked up on in January and come to the church at 7. Also for a gift you need to purchase the first thing you see when you enter a store that is $5. That is all.

May 9th!!!

MINI GOLF!!!! Meeting at the mini golf place at seven. Bring some money for golf and ice cream, at least 7 bucks.

This Friday! AKA April 25

Guys night is out at the Penners, and girls night is in town at Janna's! HURRAY!! If you need an address or directions you can call the church or any of your leaders, except Miriah since she is in sunny Africa!

FOOD OLYMPICS!!!! Caution: May contain gross games. Also bring your favorite ice cream toppings for some stellar sundays for snack. (no anchovies please! if I see anyone eating ice cream with little fish on top I will vomit)

So on... tomorrow! We are having informal youth group movie night extravaganza!!! Yay! We are meeting at the church at 7:30 *please note this is a half hour later than we normally meet* Bring your favorite movie snack. We are going to watch either Back to the Future or Ratatouille, I can't remember which was chosen. I think an email was sent but if you did not get it someone should email me and we'll send another one out. Kind of short notice but really it's just a movie, no biggie. So hopefully we'll see you guys there! Feel free to wear your lazy pants.

YouTube Night--January 25

This Friday at McLaurin at 7:00 PM we are going to have a YouTube night. How it works is you submit your favorite movies from YouTube, before Friday, we preview them and put then get together and watch them on Friday. The Wood's are letting us use their popcorn machine and we will have pop. And as a special treat Stephen Plant will be premiering his latest film. The one he made last year was really good so I can't wait to see what this one looks like.

On a side note this will be the last Friday Christine and I are with you and we would love it if you could come for the evening. Look forward to seeing you Friday.

FRIDAY, January 18--DIAMOND SMUGGLING

Setting--Café Paris

Game--You will be divided into 2 teams--smugglers and police. Smugglers are trying to use Café Paris to exchange diamonds on the black market. Police are trying to catch smugglers in the act.

Dress Code--Formal

Location and Time--McLaurin Baptist Church, 7:00 PM

Thanks for posting Lisa! I had a great Christmas-got some Harley gear. This is what I am thinking--we will go snowboarding at Nitehawk on January 11, Monopoly on January 18, and go to Cafe Paris on January 25.
